FTP - Cirrus Nebula archives are available at:

          ftp.talkers.org
          login as anonymous
          password is your email address

The commands for submitting pictures:

          cd pub/cn/incoming
          binary
          put filename.gif

Once you've submitted your picture, contact Bren and she'll gladly move it into the right directory for you. Pictures will also automatically be moved every so often.
