well the nyquil helped a bit last nite. didnt really kick in when i figured it would though. took a long time. i wonder if perhaps the other things i took countered the effects. dunno.

took the day off as a sick day. stayed home and checked email and did nothing that would cause my throat to be irritated. aka talking. which i tend to do at work. i hope it helped. i cant feel any change today, but i know its not a magical "bam!" and my throat is better thing. especially since i have been straining it by talking when i shouldnt have been.

went and did a few errands at lunchtime. mailed THE GIRL's xmas box. and i went and got some more cough drops so i have something to use at work. oh and i bought some more snacks. eheheheheh

then i got some lunch. mmmmmmm baja tortilla grill.... mmmmmm.... veggie burrito...

actually, i think i might partake in some of said snacks soon. with tonite's mug o' camomille tea. i've gotten used to the flavor. but i need to go find some chrysanthanum tea. which is what i SHOULD have done at lunch. but i forgot cuz i was somewhat light headed and it was snowing. yeah. thats my excuse dammit.
