well tonite i went to see Toy Story 2. quite amusing. gotta love Pixar.

this weekend was spent with my friend Marie, who was up to show her mom her possible new apartment. we ended up hanging out and takin it quite easy this weekend. Her friend Sarah happened to also be up with her family for a wedding, so we rescued her from that on saturday night.

went to brunch this morning at D'Amico & Son's - an italian restaurant near here and i had this nifty sausage and pasta omlette. it must be the new thing, cuz this month's Food & Wine mag has something on this very dish. of more interesting news, was the girl behind the counter. Turns out she knows marie's aunt, and they were talking. this girl was attractive, but not in a 100% conventional way. turns out that she knows marie's cousing david, and is also an actress and a model. go fig. oh and her boyfriend's family wants her to spend the new years with them on a boat sailing the florida keys.
such a life.

i ate more than i should have this weekend. way more. i need to stop that. but i was good, and i did do more walking this weekend. thats my new plan. i'll go walking with the dog for about 1.5 miles or so every night, and then i'll go to the Y to use the machines. what i really need is someone who will motivate me to go.
