i find that i'm less full of webbable thoughts of late. given the usual nature
of my blather, thats probably a good thing - less bile to spew. but that will
change i'm sure.
today, i found a new website from a friend of mine from college who is a writer. he does plug his new book there, and yes i am plugging his site, but check it out anyway. it's http://www.zambonirodeo.com. i feel like i am getting a cold. this isnt good. it could be due to the dropping temperatures and my new nighttime thing - taking the dog on a 40 minute walk around the area. its good for me, and it tires the dog. always a good thing. today's food: special K, honey nut cornflakes, rice dream rice milk fastfood chinese: generals chicken, beef & brocolli (sic) and wite rice w/ diet coke proscitto & cojack sammies and chicken noodle soup popsicle |
