well i just realized i forgot to mention a key aspect of yesterday (sat) - i convinved my friend M to go test driving with me. it didnt really take much to do it. she's been wanting to test drive the nissan pathfinder (oh i'm now down to the pathfinder and the toyota 4runner - the acura and mercedes bit it cuz of cost and availability) so we walk in to a dealership that has the nissan, and look around and find the glossy, then comment on how ugly the white one is. so we walk up to a dealer and say "we'd like to test drive a pathfinder, can you help us?" and so Jim says 'sure. lemme go get the keys' so he goes back inside and then comes out with keys and hands em to us. he then says "well i have to finish with a customer, i'll be here when you get back" and walks away. needless to say, M and i were like 'uh ok...' so we took off.
3 states, 4 busted roadblocks, and 4 dead hostages later, we ran out of gas.
hah hah hah. just kidding. so we took it for a spin. WHOOOOEEEE! 240 hp is a lotta horsepower in that car. its NICE.

then we went and looked at the 4runner. its quite nice too. not as dee-looxay, but still a really nice truck. the super cool nifty part of the 4runner is the rear gate's window is ELECTRIC. like as in, POWER WINDOWS! as in, you can lower the rear window as you go, and so with the standard sunroof, you can create a nice little pathway of air thru the car w/o lowering any of the normal side windows.

the short of the story. (you're thinking: "YES YES YES SHUTTUP YOU!") i have no idea which to get. eheheheh

i was a good little homeowner today, and i cleaned up some more of the leaves and mowed the lawn one last time for winter. we're supposed to get snow this week.
