woohoo! Target racing driver Memo Gidley finished 2nd today... twice in 2 weeks he's started almost last and finished on the podium!!! totally excellent!

i just started packing (9:55pm) and am trying not to freak out the dog, as she hates it when i go out of town. this will be the first time i've been away from her for 2 weeks in a long long time. should be interesting.

packing makes me anxious. i hate that. the cat is playing around in the 2nd bedroom down here (where i toss everything i dont use/need like boxes etc) cuz its open for me to pack in there, and its usually closed. for those of you who are interested in trivia, this room is now known as the grey room (the color of the walls) it was previously known as the panda room, since the previous owners had put panda wallpaper up.
