why does nascar have this thing they call Happy hour? i dont understand it, but then again, i dont really follow nascar. I love auto racing, but i prefer to watch/follow/worship CART teams - champ cars - the open wheeled racers like what used to race at Indy (thats now the IRL, a different league) but now race all around the world. Like Formula 1, but different. anyway, nascar has this thing thats called happy hour, and i just dont get it. oh well, nascar is just different.

oh oh oh i finally called that girl again tonite, as i was drivin home from dropping my friends off after happy hour. we chatted and i was trying to be charming, so i thought that went well, except for the crappy DIGITAL cellular service that made it sound like this: me-"blah blah blah charm charm charm" her-"What?" me-"i said..."
so that went ok, but then as i was winding up to ask her out for the weekend, her mom called long dist. blergh. so... i just sent her email from work. we'll see how that goes over. yes i went the lame route. oh well...

oi, i told my EX about this, and shes reading it now too. she is still a great friend, and was quite amused to be called THE EX. hehheh. and she thought this would be good for my soul. well she didnt say that exactly, but thats how i'm quoting it here. cuz i can. heh
