So today being saturday and it being a nice looking day outside, i decided to
eat lunch outside in a park, and bring my dog (shera) on a walk. Little did i
realize that 48 F is not weather that you really want to be sitting outside, esp
when there is a good 18 knot wind. (winds get measured in knots - nautical miles
cuz my friend bill is a pilot. they do that.) but, it was ok. i ate my bean
burrito and steak soft tacos in silence, feedin most of the steak to shera (that
was why i got the tacos anyway...) then i knew that i had plans for the eve!!!
I went with 3 friends to a cool bar called 'The Lounge' - a niftoid place that
is basically like someone's living room. nice plush couches, dark ambience,
cool artwork, and great music. Weirdo mix of people... we had all the club
scenes intersecting in this place... it was quite interesting. we didnt make
it back to the dancefloor though... no biggy. and they made their own ginger
ale from something that tasted wonderous... it was all dark and sweet and...
YUM. snackycakes...
