do you ever feel that you curse your favorite sports team when you watch / listen to them play? well i do. but today, i had the distinct feeling that i was helping the chicago bears play whenever i tuned in. consequently, they beat the minnesota vikings today. and since i live in minnesota, it feels good that they won. i like the vikings though. i think theyre a good team. at least they were last year.

helped, or rather was cajoled into helping some friends paint their dining room. in return, they fed us "volunteers" pizza and fresh chocolate chip cookies. not a bad trade.

sorta bumming. have not heard from THE GIRL in a month now. am consequently concerned about her, and wondering if i'll make the 9000 mile trek to her town, only to not meet her. will attempt to find out from her friends whats up.
