i spent some money today. after finding a new Dim Sum place, we went lookin for a furniture store to get a footstool. M of course was the companion lookin for stuff. the thing is, we stopped at a record store so i could buy a cd. well... 6 cds and 2 videos later... heh...

in case you wondered, i bought 2 magnapop cd singles, a garbage bootleg cd of 'g sides', the new elastica cd, the joan jett best off cd, a garbage live bootleg video (live in mpls), and a brian setzer video.

the dim sum place was good. cept later on, i realized that they had put a bit of MSG in the food. which made me rilly rilly thirsty. and msg is bad. but we still liked the place loads. they had some new dishes, and it was nice to be able to get what we wanted quickly and quietly. (our normal dim sum place is notorious for long lines, waits and poor choices of food when you get there at the wrong time) plus the owner was really nice.

i need a maid. and a chef. damn. i need an au pair. i didnt get any cleaning done tonite. i was gonna do laundry and cleaning. well, i did the laundry... sort of. its sitting in the dryer. i need to get it before i shower, as the towels are there. but none of the cleaning happened. i didnt vacuum, i didnt mop. i didnt do the lawn. blah. i'm just lazy.
