fridays are always fun days. you rush through work so that you can go out with friends, and then you have a good time with them.

today, i also talked to GROCERY GIRL on the phone. we had a nice chat, where i got to hear about the troubles in her life. and she certainly has some. i wont get into detail here, but lets just say that her split with her boyfriend was amicable, but the separation of housing didnt go as planned.

tonite M & D and I went oiut to dinner to celebrate D's new job! it was therefore her choice, and she chose to try a new italian place that was recommended to us. a place called Ristorante Luci. over in saint paul. it is quite good. we had an issue with our 8:30 reservation being pushed back to 8:50, due to some people that decided NOT to leave after paying their check. GRRRRR. but the food was DEEELISH. and the cute busgirl also. and her cute little tattoo. she had some little pattern on the small of her back, and as she was setting a table, her untucked in dress shirt rode up a bit and exposed it to me. i was tempted to say 'nice tattoo' to her as we left, but i chickened out. we were walking away and M said that she wanted to go back in and get the little business card from the desk, so i said 'tell the cute busgirl that she has a nice tattoo' and then had to splain myself. well, M went in, and then told our waitress and the hostess to 'tell the cute busgirl that she has a nice tattoo' DOH!
i guess i should have just done it myself...
