well i've been watching this VH1 bands on the run show. its pretty cool. but to be honest, i think they chose the wrong bands. see, the show is based around how much money each band makes by selling merchandise and concert fees. they started with four bands, and every few weeks they would cut the band that had the least total dollars. of course like every bloody real life competition show, they have an immunity type challenge, except on this one, its a battle of the bands. so the winner of the battles cant get kicked out. well the 1st band to go, i didnt really like. the 2nd one, i did. Harlow. they're a band of women, and they play pretty much alternative rock stuff, with a goth like image. but then, i do have a fondness for all-girl bands. this other band SoulCracker, i just didnt really like. first off, the music is just blah. lame lame lame, no good melody nada. they just are sooooo mediocre. the other band, Flickerstick, has some really good poppy alt stuff. i like them. they ended up winning which is cool cuz soulcracker was doin stuff that was uncool.
