i helped M&D move a crapload of stuff into the basement of the duplex that they will be moving into next week. since they have only until noon of next saturday to move, and they have a lot of stuff, they moved the bulk of the boxes today. rather lot of stuff. next week is the beds and a few big items.

as you can imagine i'm somewhat dead tired. but i did refuel bigly today on food. started with the ham egg cheese bagel from mcD. then lunch was fruit smoothie and pizza. then dinner was grilled burgers and brats. mmmm good. v full too.

i'm figuring with all the beef i ate tonite for dinner, i should have a good set of dreams...
