the race

well i was at a CART race this weekend. i got really tanned in the face, and
then i got burned. so now i am peeling. icky icky. it was a nice weekend of
firsts for me and my friends at the race.
first time for my friend M to go to a race. very new things for her.
first time we saw an accident up close of one of our team's drivers. very scary.
first time that we actually walked around the track ON the track. very cool.
first time we got rained delayed to another day. very cold and wet.
first time i got to see a win. very much woohooo!
first time we were up on the podium after a win. very nifty.
anyway, so there were also some good things. my friend M decided to get her picture taken with as many celebrities. we got her a few. great things. i miss talking to a few people. my friend P, my ex, and my new friend a.
