well now i suppose i should give some updating news. i had a date of sorts two
weeks ago. it wasnt a real date, it was a first meet. i had filled out a
survey at thespark.com a while back, cuz an
online pal of mine said it was funny. it was, and then someone locally replied.
well, the gist of it is, that we had been emailing for a while, and then we met
a few thursdays ago. no biggie. we chatted for a while, and then we got kicked
out of the starbucks. so then we decided to wander around the local 24 hour
grocery since we knew that would be open still.
nothing much else to report there, other than shes nice, and if we become more than friends it will be a complicated path for reasons i dont feel like going into. *:) in other news, i started chatting online with someone from down in austrailia! yes. we hit it off well, and then a few days of chatting later, i come to find out that we both knew each other about 4 years ago. weird stuff. shes really neat. too bad we're like a gazillion miles apart. actually, according to my trusty computer, it is around 8660 miles of separation. give or take a few hundred miles *:)
i tend not to slaver my personal feelings about here, which is the key
distinction between this journal and the one i'd keep on paper - since i know
that this is being read by others, i tend to keep it relatively mundane. also,
there really hasnt been much in the way of deep personal thought that i felt
required censoring. that might change soon.
or it could mean that i've started feeling more lately. nor do i know if that means i'll be better at daily updates *:P
