today we celebrated my friend M's birthday by going for lunch to a place
called
Herkimer Pub and Brewerie. It was quite yummy.
the place is in a great spot, and has great ambience. plus the jukebox rocks.
oh and i thought our waitress who's name is like angeline or adrienne was really
cute. and very friendly.
i had neglected to purchase gifts for her, so i ran around like a madperson in the hour i had before we were to meet, and i purchased fun stuff at Target. the best gift turned out to be one of those Polaroid i-Look cameras - the ones that take large band-aid sized pictures, in the commercials they have the sticky backing so you can stick the pix on things - like the foosball players... oh yeah, the laser pointer was a big hit with Misha - M's roomie's cat.
