nothing of real note to report, It's a long trip , and I'm getting somewhat sleepy.

ok i've arrived in bonaire, and boy am i pissed. my new luggage came out with the pull handle all bent. and then the padlock was missing, and on my old rollaboard, the padlock was ripped off with such force that it broke the hasp.
needless to say, i'll be writing a nastygram to American Airlines and Air ALM.

i should have known that seeing the air freight guy from DynAir in Miami tossing boxes around as he loaded them into the plane was a bad omen.
