i wonder if its better to eat a meal after working out. or if its better to eat
before. of course i would assume the 30 minute rule still applies. you know
the one, the one your mom made you follow before you could go into the pool or
into the lake. where you had to wait 30 minutes after eating before going into
the water so you wouldnt get a cramp.
i think you're supposed to eat protein within 30 minutes of working out -
something called a "protein window". as long as its not a bill gates sorta
window i'm ok with that.
tomorrow night i'm goin out on the town for an impromptu bachelor's party for
a friend who's wedding is next month. he's in town for business so a group of
us are going out to eat drink and be merry.
i guess i'm saying i might not update tomorrow night... *:)
