have you ever eaten a meal at a restaurant and regardless of how much you liked
it, have you ever thought 'what where they thinking to put these things
together?' i was wondering that tonite as i was eating a sandwich at baker's
square. its got a grilled chicken breast, mushrooms, avacado slices and sour
cream. its quite yummy. but what a strange combination.
i imagine that good chefs are able to put together combinations of food in their
minds and figure out how well they work together w/o having to actually do it.
or maybe they just keep experimenting until it works.
one day i should learn to be more creative in my cooking.
