well i would have put an entry in last nite, but i had no Internet. my DSL connection was well and dead. so i spent a bunch of the time trying to fix it. and then finally resorting to calling the helpdesk. its just better to play dumb with them. stay within their pre-written situations.

i picked up M from the airport at lunch. i took a nice 3 hour lunch. eheheheh. she had spent a few days out in Tahoe doing some snowboarding. it was her first time snowboarding. well she only was able to snowboard for a day's worth. it was kinda icy, and she fell a whole bunch on her knees, and well... her knees and wrists were pretty swollen by the sounds of it. so badly that in order to go dancing at nite, she had to drink lots of alcohol so she could stand it.
not what i'd call a good plan. but she iced em all down, and they seem to be ok, if a lot bruised now.

makes me think that i will stick to the old skis.
