i decided to reminisce about this great italian restaurant back home in chicago.
its called Leona's. theres a few of em, and
they were great places to eat. they were good and decently priced. and just
fun places to go. i remember one time, the lines were so long, they started
passing out garlic bread and glasses of Chianti, free of charge! how cool is
that?
and since i'm talking about restaurants i miss from chicago, hows about a place
where you can always get really good french fries, and the best fried chicken
sandwich around. i'm talking of course about
Jack's in skokie.
its great. its open 24 hours a day. and you get the best food there. i once
saw Paul Schaefer from David Letterman's show there. and you can get wets -
french fries with gravy. mmmmmmm.
and of course, i really liked Hamburger
Hamlet, but they went away from chicago.
mmmmm. i could go on and on.... but now, i'm gonna go play with the doggy.
