boy do i need a back massage. instead, i think i'll go take some ibuprofen.

its fat tuesday. and boy am i feeling fat today. i'm trying to eat better. i went to d'amico and son's yesterday and got a nice veggie chevre sammich and tonite i'm eatin their chicken gorgonzola pasta salad. mmmmmm. yummy food.

i even got a dozen molasses cookies. dunno why. just did. i think i'll bring some to work or to M&D's this week.

if they last that long. ok thats not eating well is it. oopsie.

i'd write more if i had more thoughts. but nothing is going through my head other than work stuff this week.
that and the thought that i really really should try and figure out a way to charm this girl at work.
